SentinelAI – Service terms (business customers)

1. Who these terms are for

SentinelAI is offered to businesses only, not to consumers. By ordering, you confirm you act for a business. These terms, the order and (where you use white-label) the Data Processing Agreement form the contract.

2. The service

SentinelAI is an operational monitoring dashboard for AI agents, chatbots and automation bots you already run. It can show status (ok / degraded / down), last run, error rate, simple cost/usage tiles from figures you paste or connect, and a plain-language daily digest preview. The browser demo uses fictional Harbour Desk Agency (demo) data and calculates on your device.

It is not a full APM suite, cybersecurity product, SIEM, SOC tool, or certified security audit.

3. Estimates only — no guarantees

Status and costs come from the events and numbers you connect or type. Figures are estimates. We do not guarantee uptime, that every outage is caught, or any particular saving or result. SentinelAI is an automated tool; tiles and digests can be incomplete and are not written by a person (EU AI Act Art. 50). Do not rely on it as the sole control for customer-facing services.

We do not claim Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001, SOC 2, insurance-grade security or enterprise APM.

4. Prices and payment

Prices (approved 6 November 2026): Solo £19 / €19 per month or £190 / €190 per year (up to 5 agents); Agency £39 / €39 per month or £390 / €390 per year (up to 15 agents); optional setup £49 / €49 one-off. Listed for information — this site has no checkout.

VAT

• Portugal: IVA – regime de isenção (artigo 53.º do CIVA).
• UK: No Portuguese VAT is charged. If you're UK VAT-registered, you account for any UK VAT under the reverse charge.
• Other EU B2B: reverse charge where applicable; invoices may show IVA – autoliquidação.

Payment provider: Not applicable — no payment processing on this site. Plans are listed for information only; there is no checkout. If a paid order is later accepted offline, payment terms will be confirmed before the first paid order. If a payment is over 14 days late, we may suspend the service after notice.

5. Term and cancellation

Until a paid Solo or Agency order is accepted offline, the prices above are informational only and there is no active subscription to cancel. Browsing this site, opening the demo or emailing an enquiry does not create a subscription.

When a paid plan is accepted offline: (a) a monthly plan runs month to month and may be cancelled by email to teamaijj@mail.grokbot.com — cancellation takes effect when we receive that email and access ends at the end of the then-current paid month; (b) an annual plan runs for the paid year and may be cancelled by the same email before any later renewal you agree in writing — cancellation takes effect when we receive that email and the plan ends at the end of the paid year (no auto-renewal unless you later agree in writing). Optional setup is a one-off fee, not a subscription. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires.

6. Your events and uploads

• You confirm you have the right to send us the figures and files.
• Minimise personal data (see the Privacy notice). Prefer agent labels, status, run/error counts and cost totals.
• Do not upload special-category data, end-user chat content you do not need, security/forensic dumps, HR files, card/bank data or passwords.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.
• We delete event uploads and working files within 30 days after the contract ends (14 days after a free pilot), and confirm deletion in writing when asked.

7. Data protection

• Direct customers: we are the controller for account and billing data — see the Privacy notice.
• Agency white-label (phase 2): you (the agency) are the controller and we are the processor under the Art. 28 DPA at /legal/dpa/.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to mislead people, to infringe others' rights, to try to break or overload the service, or to resell it without our written OK. Do not upload unlawful content. Do not present SentinelAI as a certified security control or as guaranteeing detection.

9. Liability

Our total liability under the contract is capped at the fees you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or lost data that you could have restored. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else the law does not allow to be limited.

10. Changes

We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email or a notice on the site. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

11. Law and courts

Portuguese law applies. The courts of the Comarca de Lisboa have jurisdiction. Clients in the UK keep any protections that mandatory UK law (including UK GDPR) gives them.
